The most far-reaching part of China's stories is that the country has grown stronger and brought benefits to the world as it takes determined steps to reform and opening-up, Foreign Minister Wang Yi said on Thursday.
China's stories are stories of common progress of China and the rest of the world. It keeps its development closely linked with that of other countries, Wang told a news conference on the sidelines of the second session of the 14th National People's Congress.
China's stories are essentially stories of the Chinese people as the people are the lead characters of China's stories, Wang said.
Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the 1.4 billion-plus Chinese people have been working tenaciously and building happy lives with their own hard work, which is the most notable chapter in China's stories, he said.
China's stories speak to a truth: when countries proceed from their own national conditions to explore modernization paths, they will together make up a new, colorful vista of world modernization, he said.
Wang said he welcomes more foreign friends to tell the stories about a vibrant and vivid China, tell the stories about China working with other countries to build a community with a shared future for mankind.
